How much will the delivery cost?
You can choose which type of delivery service you prefer by either selecting Royal Mail first class standard delivery (please allow up to 5 days for delivery in the UK with this service), or if you need a purchase delivered next day you can select the Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day service (excluding Saturday/Sunday deliveries). Each delivery is calculated on the weight of a product, the weights and delivery costs are detailed on each product page. You just need to select which service you want to use when you go through to the check out and payment section.
Royal Mail First Class Standard Delivery:

up to 1.7lbs £2.70
up to 2.2lbs £4.30
up to 2.8lbs £5.60
up to 3.3lbs £6.50
up to 3.9lbs £7.40
up to 4.4lbs £8.30

Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day:
up to 0.2lbs £5.90
up to 1.1lbs £6.35

How long will delivery take?
Most products are despatched direct from Saddle & Spoke and therefore will take either up to 5 working days (if you select Royal Mail first class standard delivery, or they will be delivered next day before 1pm if you select the Special Delivery Next Day service (excluding Saturday/Sunday deliveries).
Please note: some of our products on offer are hand painted/built or made to order. If you purchase one of these products please be aware it could take up to 6 weeks for delivery. Any product that is hand painted/built or made to order will have lead times clearly stated on the product page.
Can I purchase from outside the UK?
Unfortunately we currently do not ship outside the UK, but we hope to do so in the near future! Please sign up for our newsletter on the footer of this page and we will keep you updated with any changes. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
My purchase has not been delivered
Occasionally a package goes missing or takes a little longer to arrive at its destination. If the package takes longer than 2 weeks, please contact us and we will do our best to locate it. If you have been waiting less than 2 weeks, we ask you to be patient as the chances ar it has just lost its way but will be with you soon.
